1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Scout’s Agency platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Scout’s Agency provides software for podcast guest matching, pitch drafting, and outreach coordination. The Service is provided to clients of Scout’s Agency and to authorized staff users on an account-by-account basis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, to violate any applicable anti-spam law, to impersonate any person, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. You will not attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google (Gmail) and other providers, under your authorization. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their respective terms.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your engagement with Scout’s Agency ends. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scout’s Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
